Returns and exchanges
All items are sent tracked and/or signed.
If you would like to return an item, you have up to 7 days from date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund. Requests up to 21 days after date of delivery will only be available for exchange / store credit. Please contact us via email@example.com BEFORE you return your item, quoting your order number and reasons for wanting a refund. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please note that items purchased in the sale are final and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on our earrings.
